- Spritz doggie cologne
Ear plucking and or Anal glad expression (external) are available by request at an additional charge
Full Groom
Styled, clipped or scissored to the breed standard or customers requirements/lifestyle requirement
- Average appointment time is 2 hours, dependent on coat condition and size
- Matted knotted or tangled coats may take longer and this may incur an additional charge
Full Groom - DE SHED
De shedding is a grooming technique that involves the removal of dense loose undercoat (that is resilient to day to day brushing) of double coated breeds that can make them unnecessarily hot and smelly.
By using an array of specialist grooming tools this will reduce the hair that would eventually end up on your carpet, furniture and clothes! Making your dog more comfortable, enhance the heath of their skin, less smelly and super shiny..
- Average appointment time 1.5 hours, dependent on coat condition and size

Full Groom - HANDSTRIP
Hand stripping is a grooming technique that involves plucking the dead (blown) outer coat of wire/rough coated breeds by hand and/or with specialised tools as an alternative to cutting (clipping)or scissoring, this will remove, enhance and refresh the coat to its natural condition.
- Average appointment time 2.5 hours, dependent on coat condition and size

Bath and Dry

Ear Plucking
Ear plucking is a specialist technique that involves gently removing excessive hair from the dogs ears will prevent it from blocking the ear canal.
Allowing more air to circulate, which helps prevent ear infections and moisture build-up

Teeth Cleaning
EMMI Pet Teeth Cleaning System
Emmi-pet is the ultimate solution for oral care as it not only efficiently cleans your pet’s teeth- removing heavy tartar, plaque and staining but works to prevent and protect against periodontitis, mouth cavity diseases, tartar formation, bad breath odour.
Removes the need for anaesthesia during mechanical removal of tartar, ultrasound also promotes blood circulation in the gingiva which keeps gums healthy and free from inflammation whilst aiding healing processes.

For Puppies
Puppy Grooming
Grooming is an essential part of most modern dogs lives and their training in learning how to behave whilst being groomed is just important as house training and social skills
We welcome puppies from any age; early introduction to the grooming process is vital for puppies, especially breeds that will require regular grooming as adults. The earlier the puppies are introduced to the grooming process the more at ease they will be with the process and the more they will enjoy visiting us!
Once your puppy has completed their vaccination course get in touch and we will be able to book you an appointment..
Puppy Academy
The Academy programme is suited for puppies up to 6 months of age
At the end of each session we will discuss your puppies’ progress and we may even give you some homework human and canine!
We will also spend time with you to ensure that you have the best tools and tips for maintaining your fur babies coat between grooms, so that you can be sure that your puppy is comfortable and well maintained as they mature and their coat changes from puppy fluff to their sleek new adult look
Some puppies will take time to get used to the noises and experience of the groomers and this is done gradually over the 5 visits – on the 5th visit you puppy will receive a full groom and we will discuss your next appointment timing.
Our Puppy Academy prices start from £80 and this includes five, one hour sessions (some breeds/ temperaments may need a little longer) spaced 3 weeks apart with the sole purpose of getting your dog used to the grooming process.
We take each session at the pace and comfort of each puppy, our aim is to achieve s the following
- Session 1- Socialisation, brush & comb, nail trim, ear clean
- Session 2- Socialisation, brush & comb, nail trim, ear clean, feet face & bottom trim
- Session 3- Socialisation, brush & comb, nail trim, ear clean,feet face & bottom trim, introduction of salon noises
- Session 4- Socialisation, brush & comb, nail trim, ear clean, feet face & bottom trim, salon noises, hygiene trim groin and armpits, bath and conditioning treatment in a premium natural, tearless puppy shampoo, hand wash rather than hydro bath
- Session 5- All of the above to include a full groom
On completion of the puppy course your puppy will receive a certificate of attendance and a small gift.
Puppy Groom
We offer a FREE puppy introduction for any puppy up to the age of 6 months (this is included in the academy package).
We ask that you return for a follow up groom within a month for all of the reasons outlined above – your second appointment is charged at £25 and this price will increase gradually upto the age of 6 months when the full groom price will be charged. The Puppy Academy is by far the better option!
